    I collect because it is nice to actually meet the person or a chance to interact with them. Also a big reason is for me and my son to have something to do together, something I never had so it means a lot to me to have that fun

    The fishing comparison you referenced in the video is how I best explain why I autograph. Sometimes you get a lot of small ones. Sometimes you get that big one. Other times I look back at ones I had almost reeled in and get stuck on why it got away. Regardless, there is that rush of adrenaline when you are seeking in-person autographs. The rush also exists when opening up a high end pack of cards, finding that great deal at a card show, or watching the minutes tick away on an eBay bid.

    Well said it is truly a rush when you get that big name. Joe Montana was my biggest and I will never forget it

  4. Taking an autograph means we get everything.. really it shows your fan love to a particular celebrity and autograph shows our long lasting love too..
